Richard Lim, GENERAL MANAGER
Richard graduated from California State University of Fresno majoring in Finance.
He has extensive experience in many industries. He started from manufacturing, electronics, GIS, advertising, and business development in various other fields. He was the Director of Operations for Force of Nature Aid Foundation before joining PRIDE.
He also has experience in event management, being one of the key members of the team that manage and produced Concert for Tsunami Aid 2005 and also Supercars for Charity that have raised substantial funds in aid of natural disaster survivors.
Priscillia Seelan, COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Priscillia has a BA in Mass Communications from the Curtin University of Technology in Perth.
She has extenstive exposure and experience in communications and broadcasting both locally and in England where she worked as a producer for London top talk radio station, LBC 97.3. She was also the producer of FlyFM's Breakfast Show and has managed the a chain of F&B outlets in KL and Penang.
She has also directed and produced TV commercials for some of the top radio stations in Malaysia.
Razina Abdul Razak, PROJECT MANAGER
Razina has an LCCI in Mass Comm. from Stamford College.
She has vast international exposure in Event Management. Her working experience include Client Servicing for a print media company in Cambodia, and MarComm for United Engineers (M) Bhd. and an international promotions company in Australia and U.K.
After completing her overseas contract, she did Sponsorship Marketing for the Malaysia Sea Games XXI and Events management for PEPSI Co International and F&N.
Azuwa Abdullah, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Azuwa is our Business Development Manager. She graduated with honours in Law (LLB) from International Islamic University in December 1995 and later pursued her Masters in Law (LLM) from Malaya University in 2005.
She has more than 10 years of working experience with various corporations such as Mayban Securities Sdn Bhd (MSSB), Securities Commission (SC) and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB).
Working in MSSB as Credit Control Officer gave her the experience of ensuring that internal procedures are adhered to and where necessary to negotiate repayment scheme with delinquent clients. This experience supports her current role in negotiating with third parties as sponsors for Pride’s events. Her experience in SC, as a regulator, makes her ever mindful of her responsibilities to the public and her experience as an Investment Banking Manager in BMMB gives her the financial exposure on viability of each projects which requires a lot of research on the market situation and business prospects. Similarly in developing a project she will have to apply this basic needs of looking at the viability of the programs and the prospects of the programs.
