Amazingly, some women with breast cancer come consider their illness a “gift”. Through their experience, they find strength and courage in themselves that they never knew they had. They learn empathy for others to a degree they never expected. They find how much other people care about them. They discover the joy of embracing the moment and living life to the fullest. They seek and find new meaning in their lives. To sum up, they go beyond their own expectations and triumph over breast cancer!
