A session at the spa, 15 June-30 July 2007 at selected spas
An excellent opportunity for the bonding and sharing of experiences between the patients/survivors and donors as they enjoy a selection of spa treatments. Definitely something for everybody to look forward to!
Empowerment Workshop I (B.M.) 1 August 2007, JW Marriott KL
A full-day workshop for total well-being, providing useful information to the patients/survivors on various topics for a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. This workshop will be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia by speakers who are sought after in their fields of health, wellness and financial planning.
Empowerment Workshop II (English) 8 August 2007, JW Marriott KL
The second full-day workshop conducted in English, with some topics varying from the ones offered above.
Closing Ceremony, September 2007 (date TBA), JW Marriott KL
After more than two months of bonding and establishing new friendships, participants will get another chance to reunite in an evening event of dance, entertainment, good food and most of all, great company.
The Bond with PRIDE book
The experiences of all participants will be documented in the book as stories of inspiration and encouragement to others who are affected by breast cancer. To be launched during the Closing Ceremony, proceeds from the sale of the books will be channelled to PRIDE.
